The Snee Group develops a Way to compose doped Semiconductor Quantum Dots

The Snee group developed a way to compose doped semiconductor quantum dots with ions such that each dot contains the same number of dopants, a process many did not think was feasible. The exact doping of the materials  helps elucidate the electronic structure and dynamics that could not otherwise be observed.
