Keynote Speaker, Dr. Craig L. Perkins, NREL

Dr. Craig Perkins from the National Renewable Energy Lab (NREL) will speak at our annual Chemistry Colloquium on Nov. 13. He is currently a senior scientist at NREL and works with photovoltaic and energy materials. He received a BS from the University of Florida, moved to UIC to study surface science with our own Prof. Michael Trenary, and then studied at the Pacific Northwest National Lab. Dr. Perkins will provide the keynote presentation at this years Chemistry Colloquium followed by graduate student talks.
