Aldrich Lab research highlighted in JACS early career investigator special issue

The Aldrich group's reserach into autophagy has been published in JACS.

Research in the Aldrich Lab that led to the discovery of an autophagy-selective inhibitor of the Beclin1-ATG14L protein-protein interaction published in the Journal of the American Chemical Society was selected for inclusion in the JACS Early Career Investigator 2021 virtual issue (https://pubs.acs.org/page/jacsat/vi/early-career-investigator2021). This special issue is described as follows: “JACS is excited to present a virtual issue of outstanding work published in 2020 by early career researchers in the Journal of the American Chemical Society. This collection highlights premier research in diverse topical areas from around the world. Each publication was selected by an Associate Editor of JACS, and features a short description of the significance of the work to the journal and the chemical enterprise.”
