UIC rises (again) in national rankings!

UIC is ranked #7 in the nation by the WSJ!

In 2020 UIC once again made the Wall Street Journal’s top-ten list of high-value universities: last year we were ranked higher than Stanford; this year we outranked UCLA and Princeton. They ranked UIC as No. 12 among more than 212 Midwestern U.S. public universities, and according to US News and World Report’s social mobility index, we are the fourth best university in the country in terms of how well we serve our low-income students!  The latest rankings follow UIC’s recent addition of its 16th college, University of Illinois Chicago School of Law — Chicago’s first and only public law school — and the opening of new residential, teaching and research spaces on campus, such as the Academic and Residential Complex and the UIC Engineering Innovation Building.
